Booth specification （3m x 3m）	Fee	Supporting facilities of the booth
Standard booth	US＄2,000/9㎡	Three-side white boards. The company’s fascia board in Chinese and English; one reception table, two chairs, two fluorescent lamps, one 3A 220V socket (only for 500W non-illuminating purpose, not for spotlight), carpet, one garbage basket.
Interior raw space (36㎡ up )	US＄180/ ㎡	Only the raw space will be provided, not including any supporting facilities. The exhibitors are required to design their raw space booth and fax their design plans to the organizer’s office by July 30, 2008 and then submit it to the fire department for approval, additional RMB30 YUAN/M2 will be charged as the administration fee for decoration and construction.

　Normal questions in exhibition:

Q1: When is for spreading an exhibition? When will the exhibition open?

A:The spreading time is Aug. 29-30th, 2008. The exhibition will open during Aug.31-Sep.2,, 2008. To remove the exhibition is at 3-5p.m. on Sep.2, 2008.

Q2. What is the venue of the exhibition?

A: It is in Jinhan Exhibition Center, No.119, Liuhua Road, Guangzhou, China (opposite China Hotel).

Q3. What is fare of the booth?

A: There are two kinds of booths, one is single-open booth, and another is double-open booth. The charge is different for each kind. Please contact the organizer for more details.

Q4. If our company rent the interior raw space, what should we pay attention to?

A: As for the raw space, you will meet the problems of designing and building up the platform, furniture renting, electricity setting, displayed products transporting, exhibition hall coordinating, height of the exhibition hall, size of the goods ladder, etc. So should you please follow the instructions of the Exhibitor Guide Book or contact the organizer----Guangzhou Xinghui Trade Exhibition Co., Ltd for the points for attention for exhibitors in order to avoid any trouble.

Q5. If our company exhibit, what will we get for the free services besides the scene participates in exhibition?

A: The organizer----Guangzhou Xinghui Trade Exhibition Co., Ltd will provide you a lot of free and preferential services. Please browse our website: http://www.gzxinghui.com. With the time propulsion and the extension of our work, more free and preferential services will be provided gradually. Please pay close attention to our website.

Q6. Should the children be allowed to visit?

A: Our exhibition belongs to professional trading exhibition, only for professional visitors but no children. If you are an exhibitor, please follow the instruction during the exhibition and take good care of your children before the fair.

Q7. How to handle the order of electricity, water and furniture renting?

A:If you decorate the raw space, the exhibition service company would
like to do you a favour. You could also choose suppliers for the platform furniture. But all the ordered electricity and water service must go through the host unit----Guangzhou Xinghui Exhibition Co., Ltd. Please contact us for more detailed information.

Q8. My platform is close to fireplug, what should I pay attention to?

A:First of all, it is excellent for your stand. During the exhibition period,
you will find that you have more space to receive visitors. But nothing could be put in front of the fireplug according to Country Fire Control Safety Regulations, it must be kept unimpeded

Q9:If our company’s financial resources is limited, but we would like to draw support from the exhibition for more advertisements. What shall we do?

A:In order to push the development of the line. The organizer----Guangzhou Xinghui Exhibition Co., Ltd will accept any kind of sponsor. For example, sponsor a number of drinking water machines, paper or cloth handbags, communication facilities and gifts, etc. You could also contact Guangzhou Xinghui Exhibition Co., Ltd . We will offer you a most favorable service and outstanding advertisement for you.

Q 10. If I would like to invite my customers to my exhibition platform, what shall I do?

A: Here are 3 ways: 1. You can fill in the Guide Book of Exhibitors and get the tickets. The organizer----Guangzhou Xinghui Trade Exhibition Co., Ltd will help you to send a mount of tickets you required. 2.You could also invite your customers to pre-register on our website: www.gzxinghui.com. Then get the pass in the “Pre-register counter” followed by a file and number. 3. Or you could tell your clients your the number of your booth, ask him to get the free pass by a name card (from Free Register counters of all gates of Guangzhou Jinhan Exhibition Center).

Q 11. It is quite crowed in the exhibition hall, how can I avoid being stolen the precious goods?

A:If your booth is in Guangzhou Jinhan Exhibition Center. Please rent the safety boxes and note book locks for free on the 1st floor of Free-rent counter.

　Exhibition rules：

1.	Fill out the application form for participating in this exhibition, and sign and seal the form for confirmation, then send it back to the organizer by fax or mail.

2.	The organizer will arrange the booth first for whoever applies, pays and confirms first.

3.	Within 5 days after both sides have confirmed the booth, the exhibitor shall transfer 50% of the down payment to the organizer’s account through T/T, and the confirmation of the booth is subject to the receipt of the down payment. Otherwise the organizer is entitled to re-arrange the said booth.

4.	The remaining sum of the exhibition fee is to be fully paid up by July 25, 2008.

5.	After final confirmation of the exhibitor’s participation, the organizer will mail the Service Brochure for Exhibitors to the exhibitor by August 1, 2008, and will start to provide a comprehensive quality services to the exhibitors.

6.	If the exhibitor decides to cancel the participation unilaterally, the exhibition fees already paid will not be refunded.

7.	The exhibitors shall not sub-let or transfer the booth; the exhibition scope should be in conformity with the registration form. Otherwise the organizer may cancel its qualification for exhibition.
